Product Replacement Warranty Policy

Rest assured that your LED investment is in safe hands. All our products are covered by either our 3 or 5 year Product Replacement Warranties, defined as follows:

5 Year Indoor Product Replacement Warranty

- Our 5 year product replacement Warranty covers fixtures purchased from Lime Lighting which become faulty within 5 years after purchase due to Manufacturing error or component failure.

- Installation: Please note, Drivers of Semi-integrated LED Fixtures including Downlights and Starlights CAN be hard-wired by disconnecting provided lead from Driver and correctly connecting suitable electrical cable into incoming terminals. All Wiring must comply with Australian/NZ Electrical standards and be carried out by a Licensed Electrician.

- Any attempts to substitute components with unsuitable or third party substitutes may cause damage to fixture and will void warranty.

- Any attempts to open or disassemble product will render warranty void.

Lime Lighting reserves the right to inspect all returned items to determine validity of claims and determine whether the product can be repaired prior to sending replacement products. Please note Lime Lighting cannot be held liable for consequential costs.

3 Year Outdoor Product Replacement Warranty

- Our 3 year product replacement Warranty covers fixtures purchased from Lime Lighting which become faulty within 3 years after purchase due to Manufacturing error or component failure.

- Installation: Please note, when installing IP Rated Fixtures, it is critical that ALL connections are comprehensively protected against Dust and Water ingress to ensure the integrity of the Product. As moisture can travel within the cable and into the products components, single cable connections MUST be in-line Using MINIMUM double-walled adhesive based Heat Shrink (Waterproof) to fully protect against the ingress of dust and water (IP68) and maintain double insulation requirements. For multiple connections, IP68 rated junction enclosures MUST be used. Failure to do so will void warranty.

Postage Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is calculated by selecting either standard or express postage rates from Australia Post to the Postcode entered. Before the final checkout page you will be shown how much you will be charged for postage, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.*

*Please note higher Shipping Rates may apply for orders outside Metro Areas.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. If equivalent alternatives are immediately available we will notify buyers with the option to substitue if they wish. Otherwise when the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Returning or Exchanging Goods Purchased Online

Lime Lighting will refund or exchange goods, provided they are in re-salable condition and you have your original proof of purchase from Lime Lighting Pty Ltd.

Faulty, or shipped in error items may be returned for refund or exchange with proof of purchase.

The limit of any claim against the company shall be for the price of the product/s. The cause of such claim and in particular no claim for consequential damage or loss will be recoverable against the company.

Online purchases can only be returned through LimeLighting.com.au. Please use the Contact Us form on the website to inform us of your return request and to receive your Warranty Replacement (W.R.) Number. This number is required to be clearly marked on the Return Packaging. In the event we have made a mistake, the item is not as described, or the product is faulty we will be more than happy to refund standard return freight costs. Freight charges are unfortunately not refunded where an item is returned for a change-of-mind refund or exchange.

Please note any credit to your card account may not appear on your credit card statement until a future billing cycle, depending upon your card issuer's procedures.
